Revlon Photoready Concealer

Hey ya'll,

The Revlon Photoready concealer is something I have been using for the past six weeks or so and have been very happy with.

The packaging is basically that of a plastic lipstick tube. Very simple yet efficient. The product itself is a very creamy consistency and I can apply it directly to my face, even my eye area with no tugging. Also, this product does not settle into the fine lines around my eyes which my regular concealer, Benefit Erase Paste, tends to do. Another positive is that it has spf 20.

I use this product for any blemishes on my face. It covers them beautifully and does not leave any residue but dries to a powdery finish. This can be a negative, however, if you have a blemish that is dry already.

The finish is very natural matte. While I am using this product for a concealer around my eyes as well, I have to add my Benefit Eye Bright pencil to brighten up the area. I, personally, think this is a better concealer for your face and prefer a concealer specifically designed for brightening the eye area.

All in all, the product is cheap. I believe I bought it for around $8 at my local Walgreens. It comes in six shades and I am a dead ringer for light medium (see above).

If you are in the market for a new, affordable, concealer, I suggest checking this one out!
